On the login screen, click "Forgot Password?" to get a secure reset link by email. If it doesn't arrive, ask your HR/admin to send you.

Open Users & Permissions, edit the user, and click "Send reset link" — they set their own password. (Needs the "Send password reset links" permission.)

Open the form and use the "Export" button (top right): CSV spreadsheet, PDF (summary or full detail), or email the data to someone.

Go to Parcel Log and click "+ Log a parcel". You can edit or delete entries from the list too.

Go to Users & Permissions → "+ Add User", set their role, and tick the permissions they should have.

Access is permission-based. If something you need is missing, ask a Super Admin to grant it in Users & Permissions.

Open the form and click "Share Form" to get a public link. Their submission appears under Records → Public / Guest.
